What happens if a light stops working?
Contact us during the season and we'll address service issues according to your service agreement.
Can you decorate trees and landscaping?
Yes. Trees, bushes, walkways, wreaths, garland, and architectural elements can be incorporated depending on your package and property.
When should I book?
As early as possible. Prime installation dates become limited as Thanksgiving approaches.
Do I have to be home for installation?
In many cases, no. Once your design and installation details are approved, exterior installation can often be completed without you being home.
